## Founder background
Bernhard Kerres is a former opera singer, management consultant (Booz Allen & Hamilton), tech CEO, and Artistic Director/CEO of the Vienna Concert House. He is a PCC-certified executive coach who has worked with leaders at Henkel, Allianz, PwC, Arthur D. Little, and Strategy&. He teaches at universities in Vienna and Germany.
